SHIPPING INFO:

We send all of our products from Stockholm, Sweden.

Estimated delivery time: 

Sweden: 1-2 days.

European countries: 3-4 days

UK: 3-4 days

USA: 4-5 days

Canada: 4-5 days

Asia: 4-6 days

Please allow 24 hours for processing orders and to receive tracking number/Confirmation of order shipment. Pre-orders wait minimum 5 days for confirmation.

  • It is safe to pay by card. All card payments are handled with a high-security class, they are reviewed annually by Visa and MasterCard.

SHIPPING

 

WORLDWIDE SHIPPING

 

We have free worldwide shipping no matter how much your package weighs.

Please allow 48 hours for processing orders and to receive tracking number/confirmation of order shipment.
We are working as fast as possible. If your tracking link does not work try it again later as it normally takes some hours for Postnord to register the tracking information. Please note that Postnord only works on business days.

 

Our products are sent from Stockholm, Sweden. So it will take around 2-4 business days for you to receive your product.
We have 14 days of withdrawal from the day you received your package. You will be responsible for return shipping

We are not liable for wrong information given to us when shipping information is asked in check out point. If you do not provide the right shipping address we are not required to refund. Please make sure all your shipping information is correct before finalizing the order.

 

We reserve the right for incorrect prices as well as price adjustments or incorrect information as to whether an item is in stock.

Luxy Jewels has the right to correct such errors and to change or update the information at any time. In case of any changes in the wrong price or if an item you ordered is not in stock, we have the right to cancel your purchase and refund you the amount paid. If this happens, we will contact you via email.

 

 

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

 

 

  • The right of claim covers defective goods. If you find an error on your product, please contact our customer service at info@averyaccessories.com as soon as the error is detected. We reserve the right to deny a complaint if it appears that the product has no original defect or is incorrect. We are responsible for the return for approved complaints.

 

  • We have 7 days for return from the day you received your package and 14 days for exchange. You will be responsible for return shipping.

 

  • All refunds are given for the full price value of the item please note that all products that are purchased with a discount code or on sale will be given store credit and not refund.
  • Refunds cost 2-5 Euro depending on how much the package weighs.
  • If you want the return a product email us at info@averyaccessories.com and we will provide your return instructions within 12-24h.

 

  • A confirmation email will be sent to you when your item is refunded or exchanged and returned.
  • Please note that we are not liable for customs clearance fees in your country and holding times of packages by customs in your country.
